But it\u2019s not just Cape Town – there\u2019s an abundance of beautiful beaches all over South Africa, and we\u2019ve come up with a list that includes some of the classics, as well as couple of insider gems, only for local\u2019s eyes (until now). Whether you\u2019re looking for the best waves, the most secluded tanning spot, or the best scenic boardwalk, our list of best beaches in South Africa has something for everyone. People say this blue-flag beach is the Garden Route’s finest. You can walk for kilometres along sands that seem to stretch forever, and chances are, you\u2019ll spot some dolphins while doing so. Amongst locals, the beach is popular for outdoor barbecuing \u2013 because who doesn’t enjoy a view like this while waiting for the meat to be served?!
