Terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (‘Rules’) and apply to everyone who enters the Timbuktu Limited (‘Timbuktu’) ‘Hideaways Zimbabwe & Botswana trip competition’
- By entering the competition, all entrants are agreeing to all the following rules.
- Timbuktu reserves the right to change the rules of the competition or remove the competition at its sole discretion with no notice.
- In the event of any dispute, Timbuktu’s decision is final and no discussion or correspondence need be entered into.
- Employees of Timbuktu or relatives of Timbuktu employees are not eligible to enter the competition.
- By entering the competition, entrants are hereby warranting that all information submitted is current, complete and true.
- Timbuktu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant believed to have broken any of the rules.
- In the event of disqualification, Timbuktu reserves the exclusive right to select another winner.
- This offer can be used in conjunction with any other eligible offer
- All bookings are subject to availability and our standard Booking Conditions apply
- There is no cash alternative to the stated offer
- Once booked there are no refunds or cancellation rights associated to the offer
- Entrants must be aged 21 and over.
- Timbuktu are not responsible for the failed delivery of a prize due to incorrect submission of address or other information.
- Timbuktu accepts no responsibility for the safekeeping of entered materials.
- Competition closing time and date is 23:59 on 18th November 2020.
- The winning entrant must claim the prize within the time specified on the notification upon the conclusion of the competition.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
- Timbuktu reserves the right to withhold the prize if foul play on part of the winning entrant is suspected.
- Any taxes and insurances are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Timbuktu reserves the right to use the entered materials for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
- Timbuktu accepts no responsibility for damage or loss during the delivery of the prize.
- The competition is governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the courts of the England and Wales.
- Any email addresses submitted will be added to our marketing list unless you specifically state you do not want to be added.
- Winners may be requested to participate in promotional activity and Timbuktu reserves the right to use the names of winners and their submitted materials.
