The travel agency took care of everything for us down to the last detail like transportation which was so helpful for us. Kristin went above and beyond and was very responsive. We will be booking future trips with them!

I'm not sure I understand the difference between this question and the previous. Kristin was amazing. Our plans started as a family trip for four but then became a trip for just my husband and me. Kristen was great at helping me choose the right places to go and things to do. She was quick to respond to my many questions and to find accommodations within our budget.

This is our second trip with Timbuktu. The web site is an excellent way to preview many possibilities and get excited about your trip. Everything worked out smoothly. The suggestion to get VIP service to facilitate a domestic flight transfer was especially helpful: who knew South Africa requires a second security screening when changing domestic flights different from other countries.

Every single detailed of this amazing vacation was covered. From the pickups/drops, getting through customs and, of course, the safaris! I cannot say enough about Timbuktu! Kristin and Annie were excellent with my numerous request. Will definitely use their services in the future.

I will definitely us them again. I was nervous about the trip because it had so many parts that had too line up. With four flights to four different parts of Africa, I was sure something would go wrong but it was perfect. I started with Kristen who was very patient and responsive with all of my questions and changes. Kristen went on maternity leave and I was passed to Catherine who was just as helpful and responsive as the trip got closer and my questions continued.
