I haven't used an expert in many years to help with a vacation. A solo trip to Namibia wasn't my first choice but the booking was simple and the website is clean. I feel safer that Jonty knows where I'm going and picked all the places and car. I think you can just trust them; submit dates, tweak the itinerary to your budget or whatever, and submit payment. It's an expensive trip but I must see Namibia. It's also easy to share my beautiful itinerary with loved ones but I wish the cost was omitted (self-indulgent guilt). Hopefully they will book their own trip soon so I can build travel credits and use them again. Super stoked to see these amazing accommodations.

We put together a bespoke trip with the guidance of a very knowledgable, experienced and dedicated member of the Timbuktu team. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was faultless.

All thos involved in the trip were excellent , so kind and cheerful and looked after us so very well. We totally loved our africa session. Thanks to the cheetahs, leopards and hyenas for showing us a good time too
