


The Imbabala main lodge is a charming thatched structure, consisting of a lounge, dining room and bar area and offering amazing views of the river and waterhole. There is a swimming pool too. The lodge is unfenced so animals and birds can be seen along the river banks and the waterhole, and around the Lodge. Delicious meals may be served at the dining area under the ancient trees, or as a bush dinner on the banks of the Zambezi.
Imbabala Zambezi Safari Lodge offers exclusive accommodation for up to twenty guests in nine individual en-suite lodges,constructed with stone and thatch. Each lodge is beautifully positioned with spacious verandas offering panoramic views of the Zambezi River. Imbabala has one family lodge which sleeps four people, two double lodges and six twin-bedded lodges. Mosquito nets are provided around the beds and each room has a hammock. Tea and coffee stations are available in the rooms.
Morning, and afternoon game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles with experienced guides are offered. Guests can also explore the Zambezi River by boat on an exclusive river cruise experience. The game-viewing and birdwatching experiences are exceptional. Walking safaris and fishing excursions for the renowned Tiger Fish can also be arranged. After all this activity, guest can unwind with spa treatments at the bush spa overlooking the Zambezi River or swim a few laps in the lodge's swimming pool.
