Timbuktu is excellent. Their attention to detail and expert services exceeded all of my expectations. My travel specialist, Annie, was great!! She was so helpful and so knowledgeable and a delight to work with. The trip went off without a hitch and was absolutely incredible!!! I am already planning a return trip to Kenya with Timbuktu. I cannot say enough nice things about Timbuktu Travel. I have never used a travel planner before but my husband and I did not have time to do our usual research and had no experience traveling in eastern Africa so we reached out and were put in contact with Annie. Annie was amazing. From the first conversation to the subsequent emails, Annie understood what we were looking for. Most notably, making changes to the itinerary was easy and nothing was forced on to us. Our budget and needs were always respected.
