Annie at Timbuktu booked us an incredible trip consisting of safaris in 3 different Kenyan national parks. The logistics (domestic flights, pickup, transport to lodging, etc.) were seamless and the experiences were unforgettable.

Annie was very helpful in planning our honeymoon. She set us up with great flights and transfers between hotels/lodges and airports. Everyone was very nice and on time. They really made us feel special. The lodges we stayed at were amazing. All with their own charm, the staff were all great and the safaris were amazing. I would recommend anyone to use Timbuktu to plan their trips. They made everything super easy and really reduced our stress with our travel.

The service we received was exceptional. Annie and Daniel at Timbuktu Travel arranged for us to be met at each of our destinations, escorted through customs in different countries and taken to our transportation. Transportation was arranged for us when traveling between locations. This made moving around easy and stress-free. There were different areas we wanted to visit and specific experiences we hoped to participate in. All of these were arranged for us, along with transportation to and from. Our travel agents got back to us right away when we had questions about logistics throughout the trip. Truly responsive and excellent service.

Annie put together a great itinerary for us. She was responsive to our questions in the planning stage and was proactive in helping us get ready for the trip. All our trip logistics went smoothly, which just goes to show how much thoughtful planning went into it. Thank you Annie and Timbuktu!

Annie was our travel consultant and she was excellent! She answered all questions in a timely manner and provided top notch service. She guided us throughout the entire process and I will boldly say everything came together without one hitch or issue! Everything! We had three very different parts to this adventure and we were “handed off” to new guides/drivers in a very professional and efficient manner. There was not one thing I’d ask for differently. Timbuktu is definitely the best agency I’ve worked with and from this point on the only one I will use!!!

Annie Irankunda went to all lenghts and further to make my trip to Kenya lovely. She helped with all the things I struggled with before the trip. The taxidrivers in Nairobi were fantastic. They took excellent care of me. The first game drive ( in Nairobi National park) was superb. He told all sorts of interesting details.
