Depending on your plans for the day, head out in the early morning or late afternoon to explore the dunes, island roads and beaches on horseback. On a walk across the coast's quietest beaches, learn to spot a turtle nest, the whys and hows of choosing a nesting place, and if you're really lucky, you may even witness the tiny newborns scooting their way back to the sea.
