After you’ve met your trusty stead and gotten acquainted with the saddle, your guide will lead you along the pretty trails and tracks around the top of Victoria Falls and through the national park. Don’t forget your camera as the views are stunning and there’s a good chance of seeing animals at close quarters. Whether you’re riding Contemptuous or Bluff, Treacle or Tucker, the ponies are very well-trained, good-natured and gentle, and all are comfortable encountering wildlife.
