



The main area consists of a comfortable lounge area with couches and a library, built around an old tree trunk. There is a dining room with a large table and an outside boma area and campfire. Traditional South African barbecues are cooked over the open fire. The camp is unfenced and guests are escorted by guides at night. There is a beautiful splash pool with deck chairs where elephants often come to drink water.
Africa on Foot Camp has just five chalets, sleeping ten people, and a tree house, ensuring that guests have an intimate and personal safari experience. Two of the chalets are family units. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, bedside tables, solar powered lamps, and bathroom toiletries. The tree house, is an adventurous option for guests who want to spend a night in the wilderness. It has a game-viewing platform and a top deck with a bed and a great view.
Africa on Foot specialises in walking safaris. Guests are led by experienced and professional game rangers through an area rich in wildlife. Big Five game drives and night drives are also offered. There is a treehouse where guests can spend the night. On hot summer days, guests can relax at the splash pool and enjoy a traditional South African braai in the boma. The camp also has a wireless internet connection to keep guests connected.
