



The main lodge features a large lounge with a fireplace, and a deck complete with hanging chairs, an outdoor fireplace and dramatic views over the edge of the ancient cliff. Delicious meals are served in the lodge's welcoming dining room which also has an outdoor dining deck. There is an infinity swimming pool with sweeping views, a reception area and conference facilities as well as a well-stocked library with Internet facilities for those wanting to catch up on e-mails.
Eight stunning air-conditioned guestrooms, each positioned for privacy, offer wonderful views of the valley and mountains beyond. Each suite has a private plunge pool and viewing deck from where wildlife can be seen below. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, and have a large bathroom with a stone bath, indoor and outdoor shower, and fully stocked minibar. All are decorated in Clifftop’s signature silver, grey and white colours, and created using natural materials throughout.
Game viewing at the lodge is in open vehicles and offers travelers the opportunity of viewing the resident fauna and flora. The reserve is also a haven for birding enthusiasts, with its 280-odd species including the blue crane. Bush walks with a trained guide are also available. Night drives offer some of the best game viewing as the predators come out to hunt. At the lodge, guests can relax on their private viewing decks or in the sparkling plunge pools.
