Property details

The property

Each section of the ship has been carefully curated and expertly finished from the shared dining room with its open kitchen and bar, to the inviting observation deck where the views are best enjoyed from a selection of comfy sofas. All spaces, both public and private, boast incredible floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding jungle, and the aesthetic is sleek and elegant throughout, livened up with colourful, locally-made fabrics and cushions.

The rooms

The Delfin I has four suites and the main feature is undoubtedly the gasp-worthy, 180-degree, floor-to-ceiling windows. The two deluxe suites on the main floor have private terraces with cool water plunge pools (heavenly in humid jungle weather), while the two master suites, located on the second floor, have large terraces but with no pools. All are spacious and comfortable, offering air conditioning, organic bath products, and finely-woven linens – perfect for relaxing after active days in the jungle.

Activities

The Delfín I offers excursions from first light into the night, all day, every day. On land, venture into the rainforest with a local guide by your side and learn about local flora and fauna; wake up early and birdwatch with experts; or experience the jungle from above on incredible canopy walkways, the birds and monkeys as your guides. On the water, explore on a paddle board or kayak; fish for piranha as you listen to stories of local lore; and venture out at night and spot some of the more elusive creatures. There's never a dull moment!

Keep in mind that this is still a jungle excursion, which implies wildlife - including bugs! Pack repellent and long sleeved items and you'll be good to go.
