Surrounded by the towering structures of the Langsuan neighbourhood, the Hotel Muse has a top-notch location for exploring the art, history and culture of the area. You'll be lured out in a flash to see what Bangkok has to offer, from delicious cuisine to dazzling temples. The designers were certainly inspired when curating the interiors of the hotel; they have a distinct vintage elegance and rooms are filled with cherry-tinted wood, plush leather and velvet furnishings, and high-end amenities. Elsewhere, there is ample space to recline in between excursions including the Speakeasy Rooftop Bar, which enjoys vibrant views of the city skyline.

The Muse has two fantastic restaurants; Babette's, a 1920s Chicago-style steakhouse where you can tuck into some of the finest steaks in the city against a glittering backdrop; and the Medici Kitchen & Bar, which amalgamates a neo-industrial design with rustic elements like exposed brickwork and wooden casks. This award-winning restaurant serves top-tier Italian cuisine in an atmospheric setting. For sundowners or after-dinner drinks with a view, head to the Speakeasy Rooftop Bar. There's also an outdoor lap pool to cool off in.
The Muse has a selection of elegant, highly-polished rooms with plump beds, cushy armchairs and wooden furnishings. The bathrooms are slick with black 'marble' and cream tiling, a clawfoot or jetted tub, and wonderfully soft robes. Your utmost comfort is the hotel's priority and additional features include double-glazed windows, blackout curtains and soundproofed doors. Vast windows let you admire the cityscape far below and some rooms are even equipped with a telescope for taking in the view.
The real question is, what can't you do? Nearby Lumpini Park is lovely to explore by bicycle and just a few blocks away, you'll find one of the city's best night markets for evening outings. A little further afield you'll find the great Chao Phraya River, where you can jump into a longtail boat and meander along, admiring the city's iconic temples and grand palace. There are also plenty of art galleries and cooking classes nearby, as well as Muay Thai boxing sessions at a local dojo.
The Medici Kitchen & Bar has some of the best Italian food in Bangkok and the atmosphere is a 10/10.
The hotel is only a few minutes away from the BTS Chidlom Station, which is really handy for reaching other parts of the city – the staff will happily answer any questions.
There are only two restaurants, which may seem limited, but there is an endless array of nearby eateries to choose from too.

Lip-smacking food, craft beer and a great dollop of life in the streets of the city that never rests.
