An indoor koi pond and water feature, and heated open-air swimming pool, pick up the maritime feel beautifully, and the garden is a delightful sanctuary far from the buzz of the city below.

Four lavish en-suite bedrooms offer the last word in luxury, with magnificent wraparound views from the balconies over the fashionable suburb of Fresnaye, the city bowl, and out to sea. Immense king-sized beds, walk-in dressing rooms, sumptuous leather furnishings and elegant chandeliers echo the contemporary theme, although there's a real sense of tranquillity in the bedrooms that's a reassuring contrast to the upbeat trendiness of the living and entertainment spaces.
