Designed to emulate the gentle contours of Tjampuhan Ridge, the split-level Terrace Restaurant offers a spectacular menu of Asian delicacies and western dishes, all prepared with the freshest of local ingredients. Enveloped by tropical greenery, the Lounge is a social spot for refined afternoon teas, aperitifs and tapas, and Balinese dance performances. Set in a secluded part of the resort, the private spa villa offers a heavenly assortment of Balinese treatments and the chance to soak in the hot spring.
Despite being decorated in a classic and elegant Balinese style, the 24 thatched villas each have their own distinct character. Some are set within a walled garden, while others enjoy views over the babbling Oos River. All are tastefully done with sleek teak furnishings, hand-crafted, earthy textiles and authentic Balinese artistry and you can expect King-sized or twin beds draped in netting and facing large picture windows. Certain villas also enjoy their own pool, while the duplex villa is great for families.
While you could easily spend all day poolside, there's plenty to get involved in too. Enjoy an interactive cooking class with the Executive Chef and learn about the herbs and spices used in classic dishes from the archipelago. There are also multiple classes in local crafts including the making of a Canang Sari, painting, carving and Balinese dance. There are also plenty of opportunities to explore the glorious landscape, touring nearby rice paddies or trekking through the Bukit Cinta Hills.
