Set within a shady wooded area, the whole camp is centred around the lounge and dining tent, and fire pit and seating area. Simple but adequate, the main tent is furnished with comfortable chairs, colourful throw pillows and Moroccan rugs. Meals are served at wooden tables in the dining area, elegantly lain with white tablecloths, and scattered with lanterns by night. The fire pit opens out to the savanna; come here to re-tell and re-live the day's events over a nightcap or two.

The camp itself is positioned on the edge of a plain where wildebeest congregate to give birth, and the sightings of the Great Migration are truly fantastic. Besides wildebeest and zebra, the region is especially good for viewing cheetah and lion, and you'll also encounter hyena, jackal and honey badger, as well as an impressive array of birds. Drives are the best way to view most of the wildlife but don't pass on a guided walk - a thrilling way to approach wildlife on foot.
