The main area of this lodge lies within a multilevel stone, wood and thatch structure with expansive decks and rolling views of the Victoria Falls National Park. The welcoming staff and spontaneous splashes of colour make for a welcoming ambience that can't be beat in Victoria Falls town. The lounging spaces have an eclectic mix of comfortable furniture adorned with puffy African print pillows. The dining area spills from inside onto the decking and is relatively simple with a modern feel. Victoria Falls Safari Club's sister camp lies a two minute walk away, with welcoming swimming pool is worth the walk.
At the lodge there are 16 rooms and four suites (only sleep two) divided between two multilevel structures either side of the communal lodge. A private lounging space, minibars, air conditioning, coffee station and en-suite bathroom complete with a tub are a given in each of the well appointed rooms/suites. The room service is a welcome treat creating your own private space within in the lodge. Spend the day relaxing on your balcony overlooking the breath-taking surrounds.
There is a varied range of activities available in the nearby vicinity to this lodge, for the most part at an extra cost. Take advantage of the near by boating with a restful evening cruise, encountering wildlife along the rivers edge. There are game drives on offer in the vicinity, showcasing some of Zimbabwe's larger species like elephant, giraffe and rhino. Alternatively for the adrenalin junkies there is bungee jumping, gorge swinging and white water rafting. Taking the time to have a sundowner at the lodge overlooking the waterhole as the sunsets is well worth the wait.
