About Wakati Camp

A small tented camp in the central Eastern Serengeti, with 60 km of open views

Wakati Camp sits deep in the central Eastern Serengeti, near Nyabogati, with views that stretch across some 60 kilometres of open wilderness. Game drives in 4x4s with specialist guides fill the days, and evenings gather round a campfire for snacks before dinner in the separate dining tent. The tents come with en-suite bathrooms, Wi-Fi and 24-hour solar power (a Maasai warrior escorts you back after dark), and Seronera airstrip is about an hour's drive away.
