Bloom Estate Guest House

There are five different buildings on the estate. They consist of the main house with the breakfast rooms and reception, a lounge building with a covered terrace, two buildings housing the guest rooms, and the Rainshop with the Rainforest Day Spa. The property also features a saltwater swimming pool with a wooden deck and lounge chairs, a covered outdoor jaccuzzi in the woods, hammocks, a deck at the small lake, a citrus orchard with 150 trees, and beautiful water features.

Each of the seven rooms has a spacious bathroom, a walk-in shower, a bath, and a private terrace. There are 6 Luxury Garden Rooms. They are bright and spacious, and have French doors opening up onto a private patio with clear views across the gardens and surrounding Mountains. The extra-length beds feature high-quality percale linen. The Red Cloud Room represents fire and is perfect for a special occasion. The bed, bathroom and sitting area are all king-size.

Guests can take long walks on the beautiful estate, relax on the decks or in the jacuzzi, sunbathe by the pool or swing in the hammock. Or they can indulge in pampering treatments at the Rainforest Day Spa. If they want to venture out, Swellendam is the third oldest town in South Africa and steeped in history. There are also beautiful road trips to be taken , as well as golf courses, hiking, berry-picking (in season) and horse-riding nearby.
