When you're not dining here, have your dinner in the boma and your lunch on the shady deck. Cool off in the rim-flow pool, work up a sweat in the fully equipped gym, hide away in the library or indulge in a full body massage at the lakeside spa.

The fact that any of the eight suites can fit two extra beds for children shows just the amount of space your home in the bush has. Six suites have a private plunge pool. The other two are inter-leading suites with a shared living room and pool - ideal for families or friends. Shower indoors, outdoors, or take a lazy bath. Spend evenings in front of your fire place and early mornings on your timber deck. Snooze under pure cotton.

Wake up early for game drives conducted by professional and engaging rangers. Watching rhino, lion, giraffe and antelope start their day from the comfort of an open-sided 4x4, followed by pastries and coffee in the bush is worth the early alarm. Afternoon game drives are coupled with sundowners. If you're feeling active, you can join a game walk.
