Etosha Safari Camp

Ten kilometers south of Etosha National Park's Andersson Gate, Etosha Safari Camp is as big on convenience as it is charm. The park is hands-down Namibia's most prolific wildlife destination. With dozens of productive waterholes on the edge of a 5,000 square kilometer salt pan, during the dry season the park offers some of the most concentrated game-viewing on Earth. Sit at a waterhole and watch as processions of game come to you - from black rhino, elephant and giraffe to lion prides, zebra and springbok herds. This fifty-room camp also has grassy grounds on which to pitch a tent. The eclectic bric-a-brac decor in the main area creates a fun and funky atmosphere, but the evening entertainment from the camp's resident band, The Etosha Boys, makes this a truly convivial, authentic and culturally-rich experience.
