During the restoration process of the former colonial house, Incan walls were discovered and rescued to form part of the architecture. Designed in line with the surroundings, the floors and walkways blend perfectly with the corn- and quinoa-terraced fields and the Vilcabamba mountain range in the background. The spectacular cuisine, developed by famous chef Virgilio Martínez, is a homage to Andean biodiversity while the onsite spa and swimming pool are heaven for sore muscles.
