Set amongst endless lush greenery, the 'dream' restaurant serves up a menu (a la carte or tasting) of gourmet cuisine alongside the infinity pool and views of the Java Sea beyond. The menu features both local and international flavours and most of the ingredients are grown on the plantation and taste as fresh as can be. Located around the second pool area, Warung Bongkot specialises in North Balinese cuisine. And for your end of day libations (or fabulous home-roasted coffee), head to the Sunset Bar.
Scattered amongst four verdant acres, the suites and villas are all supremely private. Simple but comfortably furnished, all have four-poster beds, a breezy sitting area and lots of gleaming, polished wood. They are spacious and many open onto a private pool and hot tub with views of the jungle-clad ravine, flower-filled meadows or rice paddies. The bathrooms are spa-like and marble-clad, all with large, stand-alone tubs and rainfall showers. Wall-to-wall glass lets in plenty of natural light and invites the glorious outdoors in.
You may want to just relax poolside, soaking up the view, or enjoy a massage at the spa, but there's also plenty to do in the pretty surroundings. From hikes through monkey-filled forests, to horseback rides to nearby crater lakes and stunning waterfalls, there's lots to keep you busy. You can also learn the ropes of coffee production or kite making (it's especially popular with the kids), or head into Munduk on the complimentary shuttle for a stroll in the botanical gardens.
A place of mist-furled mountains, cascading waterfalls & views that go on forever.
