The rooms

There are nine spacious tented suites on a low wooden deck, facing the open savannah, where day beds are scattered for siestas and game-viewing. The tents are lavishly-furnished with a treasure trove of antiques and artefacts, including Zanzibari chests, Persian rugs, and masses of crystal, silverware and brass. Maasai blankets and traditional beadwork add an authentic local touch to the decor. Each en-suite tent has its own reading area and a deck with a telescope perfect for stargazing.

Activities

There are two game drives daily in open 4x4 safari vehicles. In between game drives, there is a swimming pool, a gym, superb spa facilities, and a clay tennis court to keep you occupied. Other adventures include nature walks, mountain biking, hot-air balloon rides, archery and horse riding, which caters for both beginners and experienced riders.
