Four cobbled-stone walled cottages are spread around the grounds, perched on their own cliff heads to maximise the views for days. Traditional hand crafted Swahili beads, large and plush, lined with flowing white mosquito nets and scattered pops of colorful Kenyan fabrics. Ornate window frames, authentic Swahili furniture exude tasteful lightness. Each rooms has double showers, the honeymoon suite a sunken bath for extra romance. Tijara is all about relaxing as much or as little as you wish, but with the sound of rolling seas and tropical breezes you might find yourself slowing down more than you expected.
