The communal areas at White Pearl Resort are built on timber stilts to protect the fragile ecosystem beneath them. The lounge and dining areas spread from inside to out, offering extraordinary views. Furnished in white and cool blue-greens, the reading room is a good spot to read and gaze at the ocean. Outside, a deck with a swimming pool leads down to the beach, where you can sunbathe on recliners and oversized day beds with a drink from the beach bar.

The resort's restful decor continues in the stilted chalets, which are well appointed with large comfortable beds, deep sofas, ceiling fans, a coffee station and a private minibar. The en-suite bathroom comes complete with a tub with dreamy views, and there's an outdoor shower. The suites open to a private wooden deck with a small pool and twin daybeds, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine with a cold beverage.
