As previously stated, we thoroughly enjoyed this holiday. Our first time in Africa and Jonty put together a fabulous trip for us. Everything ran smoothly, everyone was extremely welcoming and we had a magical time! We cannot fully express how wonderful this holiday was....possibly our best ever trip!

We have loved the trips which Timbuktu have arranged for us to South Africa, Laos and Cambodia and are now looking forward to another trip later this year to Japan.

Timbuktu is excellent. Their attention to detail and expert services exceeded all of my expectations. My travel specialist, Annie, was great!! She was so helpful and so knowledgeable and a delight to work with. The trip went off without a hitch and was absolutely incredible!!! I am already planning a return trip to Kenya with Timbuktu. They are the best!!

Set up Morocco excursion in span of just a few weeks. Solid riads choices and our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the cooking class!

We could not recommend Timbuktu travel more. Meg was so patient with us, helping to give us ideas based on our interests and coming up with others when we weren't sure. She helped connect us to our local hosts when we decided to do last minute adventures. There was such a variety of activities available to us, that we truly felt like we could get both adventure and cultural activities. She also worked hard to give us her expertise on the area and recommending the best resorts within our budget. We look forward to utilizing them for future travel!

We had a wonderful experience with Timbuktu. We were planning a trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and spoke to the brilliant Millie Trotter who has created an amazing itinerary for us covering both Lamu and South Africa. Millie made it so easy for us and has found us some amazing looking places. We received VIP service and can’t wait to go. 5 stars!! 👏👏👏👏
