Service was exceptional. Joanna and her associate Nadine responded to my inquiries within hours, if not minutes. The guides on the trip were efficient and knowledgable, giving us precise location and meeting times and were good about handing us off to the guide on the next segment.

I have just been delighted so far to work with Annie. I have traveled all over the world, and really generally abhor working with travel companies. Annie and timbuktu changed my mind! I am glad that Condé Nast recognized you for how special you are. We have used Timbuktu and Joanna in particular many times. Great ideas and service. She resolves any issues quickly. This year Jenna had to step in as Joanna was away and she was equally efficient and helpful.
