From the moment we met Jenna we knew we were in good hands. She caught our vision, created options, worked with our budget, gave us great insight and advice and gave us a trip of a lifetime for me, my wife and son and daughter! The on ground transfers and tours from Jarret were first class. And if you get the privilege to have Saulie as your guide around Cape Town you will be blown away!

We were so happy with the services given to us by Annie at Timbuktu. As it was our first time in Africa, she walked us through different country options to achieve the safari/beach combination trip we were hoping for. She answered all our questions and gave timely updates/reminders while we prepared for our trip. We were so happy we ended up going with Timbuktu to book our honeymoon because of the ease of planning without any stress.

Our itinerary planner Tessa Dancer was very professional and planned a memorable trip for us all with Green Safaris .We were met and transported by Green Safari personnel and all went according to plan. From the trip's inception to its end, Annie and Daniel from Timbuktu were with me every step of the way. Annie and I had many meetings so that I could design the perfect trip for my family. She helped me tailor a trip that catered to all our desires and also addressed all our reservations. The team was always available and very responsive, impressively so. In the weeks leading up to the trip, I received multiple reminder emails about packing gear, paperwork, etc. I had some trouble applying for the visas online given a clunky electronic system, and Annie hopped on a call with me immediately. I loved the "bon voyage" email I received before departure and the "welcome home" email I received on my return. Annie and the team went above and beyond. The service far exceeded expectations.
