We had an incredible experience working with Jenna at Timbuktu to help plan our 10 day trip through Namibia! Jenna was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We were a little late to planning during Namibia's peak season, but Jenna was able to secure us great properties as we waited through waitlists. Everything on the trip went seamless from airport transfers to picking up our 4x4 rental car. We would absolutely recommend Jenna and Timbuktu to anyone looking to plan a trip through Namibia. We can't wait to go back to Africa soon!

Great experience, very personal/hands on, Kristin was great.

Our expert advisor Meg is always extremely helpful. She is knowledgable, inquisitive, personable, understanding and really gets us and our needs and preferences. She has planned two trips to Africa for us which were amazing from start to finish. We just committed to a Patagonia trip where she expertly guided us and gave us options ultimately giving us a perfectly curated adventure.

Kristen was very helpful and attentive in planning our Safari

Jenna was great to work with! She was very patient and informative throughout the process of figuring out the best itinerary for us.

Annie was amazing to partner with through this planning for our group of 14. She was patient, proactive and very communicative. She made sure we had everything we needed in place prior to our travels. She consistently sent reminders and providing me with crucial information. The resources provided to help with keeping our plans organized was great. I will definitely travel with Timbuktu again.

Super professional and knowledgeable, and they were always very responsive to all my questions about the trip!

This truly was a trip of a lifetime, and we wanted to share some of the highlights. The hotels were all amazing, and every single transfer was prompt. We felt so well taken care of throughout our travels. We loved the animals, the game drives, gorilla trekking, and golden monkey trekking, and eating breakfast and lunch out in the bush was such a special touch. We even got to see the Big 5 all in one day, traveling from Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara! A special shoutout to our first driver, Ken. He truly set the tone for what an engaging game drive should be. His knowledge of the animals and nature made every drive memorable.
