This is my second trip with Timbuktu. The trip planner is so helpful in crafting a customized trip that offers just what I'm looking for. Jonty was great to work with. He's very responsive and welcomes my questions. I could have probably booked the trip on my own, but I am spoiled by the simplicity of booking with Timbuktu!

Kristin has been so helpful in paying close attention to every detail of our trip and what we told we wanted it to entail. She has made us feel that we will be taken care of from beginning to end. I have never had a travel company experience like this before and it’s very impressive. Kristin worked for us right up until a couple days before she had to leave to have a baby! She’s amazing! She never made us feel like her attention was elsewhere (even though I would understand if she had lol)! This was a great experience.
