Had another amazing adventure with Timbuktu. From Gorilla trekking to searching for the big five to relaxing on the beach I was secure in knowing Timbuktu had planned a seamless trip. Can’t wait to plan my next adventure.

As I mentioned- everything was great. Super easy to work with Meg. the dashboard was pretty straightforward and informative. It was so wonderful being taken care of at every location- having someone meet us at the airport and show us all of the best things in each place. the tours were well thought out and well curated. I liked having tour guides that seemed to have secret handshakes to get us into super crowded lunch spots with our own reserved table- my husband felt like he was in the Godfather. :-)

I had an outstanding trip through Kenya and Rwanda, thanks to a well‑designed itinerary that matched my interests perfectly. Kristen, my agent, was incredibly detail‑oriented, accessible, and thoughtful in shaping the entire journey. Every part of the trip felt smooth and well supported, from city experiences to safari days to cultural sites. Accommodations were comfortable with warm hospitality. Overall the experience far exceeded my expectations. I returned home deeply moved and already planning to travel with this company again.

Great service and help to design our journey with great attention to what we liked and trying to find suitable lodging and activities. Great advice. Flexible and detailed plans and schedules with great service before and during the trip.

Jenna was a terrific travel advisor and very responsive and prompt to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend, and use, Timbuktu again in my travels. There were never any unanswered questions and I felt like she really offered me a personal touch when planning this epic journey. Thank you Jenna and Tumbuktu for an experience and trip I will never forget!

Annie was AMAZING! Her communication and accommodation selections were perfect for what we wanted for our honeymoon! She tailored this trip perfectly to fit our wants and style of travel! Will definitely use and recommend her again and again!!

Our trip went without a hitch! Couldn't be happier with the organization of the whole thing. Of course, Meg was fantastic. She gave us so much information up front and spent the time with us to help us figure out what would be best for us and what we really would want to do since it was our first time. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated that as well as how accessible and responsive she was for questions. I think having someone who has been to all the places and really knows how it will be is so helpful to people who have not done a safari before. I definitely would recommend to friends and family to use Timbuktu.

I really enjoyed working with Jenna and Nadine on planning our perfect African safari. Jenna chose the two most perfect camps for our stay. Both are super detail oriented and nothing fell through the cracks. It was great having them, knowing I can rely on both of them to ensure the trip went smoothly and we had the best experience possible. I will absolutely use Timbuktu when planning my next safari vacation.

I want to book all my future vacations through Timbuktu! I enjoyed working with Carola to plan and fien tune our vacation to Peru. She gave great advice and was always available to answer questions. Our service on the ground was seamless. The attention to detail and personal service made travelling virtually stress free, allowing us more time to enjoy and relax.
