Kevin and Timbuktu generated a great trip for us. We took 14 flight in 11 days coming and going from Tanzania. We loved the safari and the hot air balloon safari.

Great planning experience so far (we yet have to go). It was a pleaseure discovering and selecting the better options for our travel style together with the Timbuktu team.

Everything was great. I started to put our trip together on my own. Timbuktu was just as cost efficient, their providers were top notch, and they saved me all kinds of time.

I cannot say enough nice things about Timbuktu Travel. I have never used a travel planner before but my husband and I did not have time to do our usual research and had no experience traveling in eastern Africa so we reached out and were put in contact with Annie. Annie was amazing. From the first conversation to the subsequent emails, Annie understood what we were looking for. Most notably, making changes to the itinerary was easy and nothing was forced on to us. Our budget and needs were always respected.

Jenna understood what we wanted from the beginning. It didn't take many iterations for her to nail what we wanted to do. She promptly responded to our emails and calls and checked-in before, during and after our trip. Would definitely recommend her and Timbuktu for travel!

Timbuktu has it all! We never worry about one thing when booking our travel with them. They are very quick to respond and have the best knowledge of where we want to go. It is like they're in my head! Highly recommend!

Corolla, was excellent, easy to contact and immediately response. This was very reassuring. We had many domestic flights in the country during our travel to Chile, and we had absolutely no problem at the airport. We had airport transfers. Everything went accordingly. I was not happy that we missed the glacier viewing the boat ride in Patagonia, it was a major thing, and I wish that they made me aware of that beforehand. It’s a big thing and the trip was expensive so I would’ve liked to have seen that… but otherwise everything else went seemingly very well. I was happy with the company all in all.
