Timbuktu does everything well, from providing a interactive internet site to make travel plans and view options, to providing online site and email opportunities to interact live with a travel consultant. I have used Timbuktu on multiple occasions and the service is excellent. I can also highly recommend Joanna Rigby-Jones as a travel consultant. I too have used her on multiple occasions and she is awesome.

Easy to navigate system, Johanna was super responsive and flexed to meet our needs. Only through booking process but so far excellent experience!

Working with Joanna was the best decision we could have made. She used her expertise on the area to help tailor our trip to make it exactly what we wanted and she came in under budget! She made it so stress free. Every little detail was thought of. If I had a question, she responded so quickly. Every airport transfer, rental car, excursions, everything was planned out making for seamless traveling. Zero stress. I would not have changed a single thing about our trip. I already have friends that are in the process of booking a trip with timbuktu due to how highly we recommend. Just use Timbuktu, you will not regret it! Instead, you will be so thankful you did!

We worked with Timbuktu to plan our honeymoon. They were very informative about itinerary / trip suggestions and creating your trip itinerary was so easy, we could select the number of days for each location and choose from a list of accomodations ranging in prices. Annie helped us check availability and organise everything in between. She was also SUPER helpful in answering any questions about visas, vaccinations, packing and more in preparation for our trip. On the trip, our guides were fantastic and made sure it was a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotels were well informed to our plans. We had an unbelievable trip! I would 100% recommend planning with Timbuktu!
