Joanna is the best ever! We had a hard time booking our desired trip within our budget through another agency and as soon as we spoke with Joanna, she understood exactly what we were looking for. Within a week, we had the trip of our dreams planned! I would never book a trip to Africa without her.

Jonty was an absolute pleasure to deal with, patiently guiding us through a multi-factor decision process for our second safari - ten years after our first. Our off-peak South African adventure surpassed the highest expectations we'd have of high season!!! No question was too stupid - he was a gent - giving us the unbiased opinion he had of the pros and cons of each option under consideration.
