Timbuktu provided us with excellent travel service and advice from start to finish, and followed even up during the travel to check that we were ok. They listened to our needs and wishes, and proposed destinations and activities that met our requirements, but also within the budgets we agreed. Timbuktu showed intimate knowledge of all destinations. We were also impressed with the responsiveness and personal service we got at Timbuktu. It makes all the difference that you have the same advisor on the other side, who knows the history. The internet page and online travel platform is very easy to use and user friendly. The payment solution is also good. All in all, we can recommend Timbuktu to anyone who wants a smooth and hassel free travel.
