Timbuktu provided an excellent and efficient service, booking us into a variety of lodges in Botswana. Their recommendations were good and added enormously to our enjoyment of the trip. Our inevitable questions were answered quickly and comprehensively. I found their website very useful for general information purposes and also for their "dashboard " dealing with our own trip. This was a high quality - and relatively expensive - trip and I look forward to booking through them again.

The trip was amazing. Organised from start to finish vey well with nothing to worry about. The lodges we stayed in; Pelo Camp, Khwai Tented, Bakwena all in Botswana And Chundu Island in Zimbabwe were all lovely

I can only speak about Joanna, who spent endless hours talking to me on the phone.Her patience was amazing. Every question was answered, every hotel and camp met my expectations, and she also understood that we were not able to spend top dollar. I could not find any way to improve my experience with her.

This service has been extremely resourceful in helping plan a trip to Africa. Katja is highly in tune with what people are looking for and does her best to accommodate every request and more. She is aware of the best deals and has great knowledge of all the accommodations. She is very reliable, helping me plan my trip even on her days off. Kristin worked extremely hard to plan the safari that meets our requirements. She rearranged things several times to make things just right. When there were issues with the final quote she made them right within a day. Questions were usually answered immediately and she kept us informed when we were waiting for other answers. If the trip goes as smoothly as the planning we are in for the perfect adventure.
