Fantastic work; professional, efficient and fast. Jonty is an empathic communicator- very good quality. Jonty is calm, confident and very helpful. In comparison to other companies, Timbuktu is a lot better.They really try to serve the customer providing all information we need/want. This is rare. I am very well impressed and I am picky. Congratulations to Timbuktu!

We used Timbuktu and more specifically Jonty and his team to fill in the (substantial) gaps in our Namibian adventure. Everything went according to plan and we were so grateful for Jontys suggestions. However, where they really stepped up was when one of our suggestions went wrong. They sorted it all out for us and clawed most of the siatuation back for us. If we had done it ourselves that would never have happened. Thank you Jonty for amazing service and ideas.

Brilliant personal service from Johnny and his team. The website is an absolute dream to use and apart from being useful is great fun to plan anything from a trip of a lifetime to a budget conscious break. We normally book our own holidays and cut out the Agents but we are so glad that we found Timbuktu for our recent trip. It made everything so much easier and it wasn't any more expensive! Highly recommended.

We had a great plan and all was well-executed.

We planned our trip with very little lead time, and not only was Katja able to book exactly what we wanted, but on the exact dates and times needed. We really loved Speke's Camp for our safari, and then our next stay at Majlis on Manda Island (across from Lamu Island) was absolutely beautiful.

We booked our honeymoon on Timbuktu and it was the best decision we made - the whole trip was very smooth and everything was taken care of, including transfers from hotel to airport etc when we moved from lodge to lodge in Africa. I would definitely recommend using Timbuktu to plan safari and beach trips - we will definitely use them again!

Her selections were spot on for the needs of our family, and each stop on our trip exceeded our expectations thanks to her thoughtful attention. This trip was magical and soul inspiring and was without a doubt the best money we've ever spent on travel. My goal was an amazing experience that we would remember for a lifetime, but we got so much more. We left with full hearts and more memories than we can keep track of and our family even gained a new friend in the process!
