It was just an amazing experience! from the planning with Kathrine Webb, the welcoming in all lodges, transport, the beautiful notes and details in each lodge and service! the welcoming abd the food in Ol Pejeta Safari Cottages. was just amazing, I want to lve with them! I would say I only want to travel with Timbuktu and Kath to organise all our Africa trips!

With the help of Timbuktu I coordinated the most incredible South Africa trip for my family. The website was so inspiring and it was great to have confidence in my decisions through their levels of service and expertise. Our trip was perfect from start to finish, from Cape Town to Sabi Sands to northern KZN, we had the trip of a lifetime!

Joanna was extremely helpful in booking our trip with us. She listened to all of our goals for the trip, and suggested alternatives that would help us get the most done in the amount of time that was available. Johnny and his team laid on a fabulous honeymoon for us. It could not have been any better. Timbuktu provides an excellent, friendly, and personalised service with top class advice and assistance. We spent almost a year planning our trip with Johnny who was always keen to push the boundaries to craft a holiday just right for us and make it really special. They even organised an 'off menu' bespoke three day riding trip into Lesotho which was truly amazing. And during our time on holiday they were always on call to help us where they could, phoning ahead to ensure our trip ran as smooth as possible. Literally no question went unanswered, no request denied, no job too small to help with. Top class service, and excellent value for money.

Have just finished book a trip to Tanzania and it has been a great experience. This isn't the type of trip I have ever booked before and Joanna has been wonderful. Great insights, suggestions and patience. Can't wait for our upcoming trip and would recommend Timbuktu's services to our family & friends.

Apart from some confusion between Timbuktu and their in country logistics company regard whose name reservations were under, leading to some awkward encounters, the whole trip was well executed and the drivers and hotels were great.

I couldn't have asked for more from Timbuktu; they went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I enjoyed a dream visit to South Africa. Every place they selected was absolutely wonderful, and no request was ever too much when it came to tweaking our itinerary. I would recommend it to anyone planning a holiday in Africa.
