Hacienda Dorotea is located on the slopes of Cerro Dorotea, 5 kms. from one of the main tourist cities in the southern cone, Puerto Natales. Spacious rooms with a unique design, using local materials, become an integral part of an old Leather Drying Shed that provided services to the extinct Exploiting Society. The main property is an old sheep hide drying shed, built around the 70s, where a house was later built (in 2011) that continued the architectural concept surrounded by the same old structure, this house was built from of materials from the dismantling of old sheep shearing sheds on Riesco Island, with a total of the materials recycled.
