What to do in Argentina

Go kayaking or rafting on the La Leona River

You will be pick up by your hotel and transferred through the famous route 40 to go to Luz Divina, where we start our adventure. After putting on all the special gear we start to row through the Río La Leona. The total length to row is 14 km. At half of the way we stop and left the kayaks to trek around 2 hours on Mountain Los Hornos. During the trek, we observe fossils and parts of an old forest petrified. After having lunch we go back to the kayaks and row the rest of the trip to Turbio stream, where we end the adventure.

Go wine tasting at San Pedro de Yacochuya

Situated in the beautiful Calchaqui Valley and founded by the Etchart Family, San Pedro de Yacochuya is located at more than 6.500 feet above the sea level, making it one of the highest viti-vinicultural sites in the world. The winery produces Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Torrontes and Tannat.

Go up Cerro Frías in a 4x4 in El Calafate

Cerro Frías offers a captivating half-day tour, showcasing panoramic views of the Andes Mountains, Lago Argentino, Mount Fitz Roy, and Torres del Paine. Located near El Calafate, this hill provides unique perspectives of Torres del Paine, Fitz Roy, Lake Argentino, the Magallanes and Avellaneda Peninsulas, given its distinct position outside the Andes range. Your journey begins with a pick-up from your El Calafate hotel, followed by a 25 km drive to Estancia Alice. There, you'll embark on a 4x4 adventure up Cerro Frías. As you ascend, marvel at the sprawling vistas of the Centinela River Valley and Torres del Paine. The route takes you to Cerro Frías' summit, where you might spot cows, guanacos, hares, and wild ponies. Post tour, return to the base for lunch or afternoon snacks. Leisure time is available at the ranch's barbecue area for exploration. The day concludes with a return drive to El Calafate, wrapping up an adventurous outing just a short distance from the city.

Drink tea with an Argentinian alpine view

Bariloche is famous for its teahouse, studded through town like little gems and often overlooking the glittering water. Find a cozy corner where you can warm up with a cup of tea and enjoy a slice of cake.

Visit Laguna Esmeralda in Tierra Del Fuego

Clear glacial water pools in the Laguna Esmeralda. Because of its natural splendour and tranquility, this is a favourite spot of those visiting Tierra del Fuego. The hike around the lagoon is moderate in difficulty and unmatched in scenery. You'll find indigenous trees and rich vegetation that are the trademark of Patagonian forests. Not to be missed!
