What you'll do

Join the South African ‘ginvolution’ and learn about the incredible heritage of the tipple and how it became a part of Cape Town daily life. You’ll learn about the production process on a guided, micro-distillery tour, led by the distiller himself, before tasting a fynbos-infused gin with a side of traditional biltong (cured meats). The day ends with a guided tasting of a variety of infused gins all paired with locally made tonics.
