Property details

The property

Boasting plenty of natural materials, this state of the art hotel is really quite minimalist and the surrounding landscape is the star. Floor-to-ceiling windows let the outside in and the result is sun-soaked interiors that are relaxing and calm. In the living room, there's a wood fireplace and tawny leather couches, and the award-winning restaurant offers lots of outdoor dining spaces with panoramic views. The food thoughtfully honours the terroir of the Uco Valley, with a focus on seasonal ingredients grown in the hotel’s organic veggie garden. Aromatherapy and wine therapy treatments are a must at the luxe spa and the cocktails at the bar are exquisite if you need a break from the grapes!

The rooms

Whether you opt for a room, suite or villa, you’ll enjoy ultra-modern amenities, sleek furnishings, and stunning vistas courtesy of enormous walls of windows and ample balconies. The complimentary minibar is a nice touch and bathrooms are as stylish as they get. Upgrade to one of the suites for a soaking tub or splurge on a villa for maximum privacy and luxury. With an industrial vibe, the villas feature wooden sliding panels that lead to an inner patio and boast an idyllic rooftop terrace with a private tub - pure magic.

Activities

There are plenty of daily adventures on offer, with an extensive excursion menu revolving around the vineyard. Take a horseback ride to a secret location for lunch al fresco, head to an ecological reserve for a gourmet picnic, or opt for one of the trekking routes into the surrounding mountains. Of course, exploring the property is a must, and both bikes and the hotel’s lovely white horses are available - free of charge. Take a break in the spa or pool, join a cooking class, take up archery or enjoy a game of tennis - the options are endless!

Insiders Tip

If travelling with family (over 12s are allowed), try and secure the only two-bedroom villa available. This secluded architectural beauty is ideal for a touch more privacy.
Something to think about

Something to think about

The resort’s fabulous setting requires an almost two-hour drive from the airport. The isolated location means you basically won’t be leaving during your stay - but again, it’s a huge estate.
