At the centre of the resort, you'll find a large infinity pool and bar overlooking the gently lapping lagoon – the intimate pavilions for two are an ideal vantage point. Santosha Restaurant serves a selection of Creole and international cuisine, best enjoyed on the over-the-water terrace, while La Combava has a mouth-watering menu accompanied by wines from the well-stocked cellar. The spa is exceptionally well-equipped with a hammam, hot tub and delicious selection of treatments – and the view of nearby Praslin is sensational.
Nestled amongst the foliage along the powdery beach or high on the hillside, there is a selection of thatched villas that range in size and decor, but all take inspiration from the hues and imagery of the island. The largest is the Presidential Villa, which boasts a terrace overlooking the ocean and Praslin Island, private infinity pool and hot tub, and a butler available 24/7. The bathrooms are semi open-air, creating a truly tropical feel throughout the villas.
Enjoy strolls along the coast or take a bicycle ride to find some of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles. Hint: Anse Source d'Argent is one you won't want to miss! You'll also have the chance to snorkel in the gin-clear water, go island-hopping in a catamaran or soar overhead on a helicopter flight. You can also pay a visit to local galleries to get a taste of the Seychellois art scene. Of course, there's nothing wrong with simply laying beside the pool all day or indulging in a spa treatment.
