Property details

The property

The hotel is built into a beautiful, coconut-covered hillside, which means two things: fabulous views, and that you'll be well-acquainted with your golf buggy by the end. All the facilities are, quite simply, fabulous. There are two excellent restaurants to pick from - Koh Thai Kitchen specialising in classic Thai food, and Pla Pla, a beachside haunt serving fresh seafood and Mediterranean fare - as well as CoCoRum, a swish bar serving tasty Latin American nibbles and featuring its own rum vault. The Secret Garden Spa is utterly idyllic, the 50-metre pool has loungers-a-plenty and therapists on hand for a pool-side massage, and there's a boxing ring, gym, tennis courts, yoga pavilion, and watersports centre too.

The rooms

Private villas are the name of the game here and with 60 to pick from you'll be spoilt for choice. The interiors are, first of all, enormous, and furnished in rich tones with beautiful, contemporary furniture. The his and hers bathrooms are equally as spacious, and all have deep tubs and rain showers. Outside, the private pools need no introduction and the views are phenomenal. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces offer a choice of lounging spots, and all that's left to do is choose whether you'd like to relax on the day bed, the sofa, the chaise long or the sun lounger...

Activities

Even the busiest of busy bodies will struggle to get through all the incredible activities available. Try your hand (or foot?) at Muay Thai boxing, take to the seas with kite-surfing and kayaking, snorkel amongst the clear waters, relax into a deep tissue massage, take a cookery or Thai lesson, enjoy a game or two of tennis... you get the picture!

What you'll love

What you'll love

Yoga lovers will love doing their salutations to both the sunrise and sunset in the peaceful pavilion.

Something to think about

Something to think about

This is definitely a resort rather than a boutique hotel. Saying that, whilst there might be 60 villas, they do feel quite far apart and all have their own private terraces.
