Trekking, fishing, lamb on a stick, enjoying the silence and the landscape, seeing the chucao playing among the ferns, and so many other wonders, were the common factor of our vacations and of every weekend we could take advantage of. Generating a project through which to realize the old desire to settle in Chiloé, and that would allow us to deliver an interesting proposal, understanding how much it is valued to be in a place where experiences are what make the difference, and where details become relevant; challenged us to put all our energy into an undertaking where the landscape, the power to know and enjoy, are experienced first hand.
