Kasbah Tamadot

A terracotta-coloured fort in the mountains, the Kasbah Tamadot knows how to appreciate a view. Enjoy it from the infinity pool, pouf-strewn courtyards, or the romantic rooftop terrace. The kasbah gets its spices from Marrakesh, seafood from the Atlantic coast and vegetables from Asni, and all prepared into a superb menu of local and international dishes, for consumption in the dining room, round the petal-laden pool, or on the terrace. Give your tootsies a break with a 4x4 drive over the ancient and uber scenic Tizi'n'Test Pass, where you'll stop at the 12th century mosque of Tin Mal. For an action-packed excursion, join a mule trek down the river, zoom across the Agafay Desert, or float above Mount Toubkal in a hot air balloon. Back at the hotel, learn to cook a Berber meal in a traditional kanoun stove and enjoy a movie night under the stars.
