The property

Draw your eyes from the beautiful garden scene and mountains beyond to take in the stylish interiors. Inspired by traditional Berber art and Marrakshi motifs, the hotel strikes a balance between creative and chic. The spacious spa pampers with treatments in the hammam and botanical massages, and there are a plethora of dining options, from patisserie-style breakfasts to organic lunches under the bougainvilleas, and a culinary journey down the 'Silk Road' in the evening. Be sure to try the 12 spices roasted seabream, and enjoy the view over an Exotic Sunshine cocktail - and then join Marrakesh's in-crowd for an evening of music and good food at Ling Ling.

The rooms

Amongst the rich flora, a collection of mini riads with one or two bedrooms are all designed in the Mandarin's signature, understated style with splashes of Berber motifs. Each villa has a sumptuous bed, heated pool and jacuzzi, and an en-suite with a circular bathtub and steam room. In the main hotel, there are a number of luxury suites with plunge pools on the terrace, Arab-Andalucian features, sensational mountain views and special touches like remote-controlled curtains. With direct access to the spa, there are also two-bedroom suites with a private garden, hammam, and lap pool.
