Turmi Lodge

Turmi lodge, which is located at the heart of Hamer People is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy your visit. The Lodge has 34 Furnished rooms each with beautiful bathrooms, or if your plan is the spend the night under the clear sky in the wilderness, Turmi provides tents as well. The restaurant is decorated with traditional crafts, making for an atmospheric setting. Enjoy browsing through the large Monday market where you'll find vegetables, spices, butter and milk, as well as traditional items like incised calabashes, head stools and metal arm bracelets. Turmi is also a handy base from which to arrange day trips to Omorate.
