The Anakonda's design is seamless and slick with wall-to-wall windows to embrace the view from every corner. When you're not exploring, enjoy a new read in the lounge, grab a cocktail at the bar, and get an insider's look at the Amazonian wildlife as presented by the guides. The sundeck is ideal for watching the world go by, especially from the hot tub. The restaurant serves a varied menu of international dishes and local favourites - don't miss the traditional Amazon barbecue.
The Anakonda features 14 standard suites and 4 deluxe suites, each with expansive windows to take in the view from bed. The cabins are uncluttered, with a large bed clad in earthy textiles, a small sitting room and en-suite bathroom. The deluxe suites enoy a private balcony, where you can have a cuppa in the morning as the sun wakes up the Amazon. They also feature a whirlpool bathtub, which is quite welcome after a day of hiking and kayaking.
This is the Amazon, so adventure is everywhere. On any given day, you could canoe across a lagoon - eyes peeled for piranhas and caimans - row past the lively clay licks where parrots snack and look for a mate, and visit the watery home of dazzling pink dolphins. Get the chance to meet members of the Kichwa Women's Community Project and learn all about their charapas turtle conservation work. On board, there are cooking lessons and stargazing on the clearest nights.
