The hotel sits on 20 acres of stunning grounds, with the imposing Andes mountains forming a perfect backdrop to the verdant vineyards. The award-winning spa and hammam are housed in a sleek, concrete building whilst the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by greenery and manicured gardens. Stroll, power walk or run along the outdoor health track, then retire to the spa for a grape-seed massage (or just the latter...). Food-wise, the onsite Katharina Restaurant is all about haute cuisine in an elegant yet totally unpretentious setting, and Argentinian flavours are complemented by local, seasonal produce.
The hotel’s 24 rooms are thoughtfully curated using natural materials and earthy tones, and all feature a private terrace with picture-perfect views. Choose between the Standard Rooms, larger Duplex Suites with a separate living area, Superior Rooms with a sitting area and private deck, or the Gran Cru Luxury Suite, which includes a private outdoor Jacuzzi. But if we had to choose a favourite, it would be the spectacular Vineyard Loft Suite. Decorated in a sleek, futuristic style, it's set back from the main building and sits above the vineyards on stilts with an ample private deck and burbling hot tub.
There's an assortment of activity options at Entre Cielos that cater to all needs and desires. Looking to relax? Wander the vast grounds, spend a leisurely afternoon by the pool, or request an outdoor yoga class. And don't forget the spa... Those looking to be a touch more active can ride horses through the vineyards, explore the neighbouring wineries, and sight-see in Mendoza. The hotel also has a vintage car that can be chauffeured for a private and very special wine tasting experience. All activities can be arranged with the help of the hotel’s knowledgeable concierge.
Mountain backdrops, countless vineyards, outdoors activities and Malbec for days… Wine not?
